Janet Fitzell is a Director and Principal Consultant of FourLeaf Consulting, specialising in organisational development, change leadership and group dynamics. Clients include not-for-profit, public and private sector organisations. Consulting projects have focused on organisational review, leadership development, strategic planning and governance improvement.

Janet’s approach to consulting and facilitation is highly collaborative, providing clients with consulting support which is both bottom-line focused and attuned to the broader business context, at the same time mindful of the needs of people within the organisation. She uses a combination of applied research, first hand management and leadership experience and deep understanding of the complexities of organisation dynamics to do this.
