Leadership Development Programs

Bespoke Results consultants have designed leadership development programs for all levels of leaders and for a range of organisations. Examples of our Leadership Development work include:

  • In partnership with an associate organisation, Bespoke Results is currently delivering an intensive personal and leadership development program for a large government organisation.
  • A leading library service sought to develop its leadership capability for succession purposes. Bespoke Results worked with the identified high potential candidates to custom design a challenging program that developed participants’ self-awareness, interpersonal and influencing skills and strategic thinking capability.
  • A State Government organisation currently engages Bespoke Results to deliver a customised Emotional Intelligence program for senior leaders.
  • Bespoke Results is a provider of the Municipal Associations of Victoria’s Top Teams program for elected councilors and senior managers.

Facilitation

Consultancy

Bespoke Results consultants have designed and conducted organisational surveys and reviews for a range of government and not-for-profit organisations. We use a consultative, “process consultation” approach to all consultancy projects. Recommendations arising from our reviews are based on both consideration of the human impact of change as well as the practicalities of implementation strategies.
